Here is the code for requesting a signature. Create a thread to request one. None of the areas of the form are required so feel free to leave some blank, however, the more you fill out the better your chances of getting what you're looking for.
Also, when someone posts a request, I don't mind if anyone else wants to make it since I'm not exactly the best with graphics.


Character's Name: Name or nickname you want on the banner.

Text: Any quotes, lyrics, or other text you want on the banner.

# Of Images: Do you want one image of your character, or a blend of multiple images?

Border: If yes - how thick, and what color.

Images: If there are any specific images you want used, post them here. This is a must if your character is not a celebrity or is hard to find pictures of.

Celebrity: If your character is portrayed by a celebrity, please provide his or her name.

Avatar: Would you like me to include an avatar that matches your banner?
